This video tells the experience of the CONTINUE project in Italy, Germany, Portugal, Hungary, Lithuania, England and Denmark in all its phases:
From the collection and analysis of stories through the Community reporting method, to Conversation of Change events with young stakeholders and policy makers, to transnational capacity building trainings, to Social actions, to the development of Recommendations for Policy & Practice across Europe to reach-out campaigns to inform and raise awareness on young people’s needs in a post-covid world.

CONTINUE is a European project financed by the EACEA under the Erasmus Plus programme and promoted by a Consortium of 8 NGOs working with marginal youth groups, experienced in youth education, community-based activities, policy recommendations, working with an extended network of organisations from different sectors. The project aims at supporting young people suffering from social exclusion to tackle the specific challenges of post-COVID times in terms of staying connected and integrated into European communities.
